Meet Sowmya, a technologist in our Chicago office who works on quality assurance framework using her skills in C++, Python and Bash scripting. Sowmya’s parents always encouraged and provided support to her in every stage of her life from choosing her undergrad major to her work on her master’s degree in electrical engineering. She enjoys the challenges and rewards of computer science, learning new skills and the camaraderie of her team at HC Tech. Sowmya finds inspiration in Wings of Fire, the autobiography of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the former president of India who rose from very humble beginnings. #WomenInTech
